Title: How do you turn bitcoin to cash in hand?

Btc is sold at market value at a currency exchange like Mt Gox for your choice of currency and then it's wired to where you want to pick up the "cash".

Good question, I got another for ya- wired? I'm a small town guy, I've never wired money before, can it be done anonymously? And extra info on cashing out would be cool too. thanks,
